The central laboratory of Xiamen Baofeng Group Co., Ltd. formally passed the on-site evaluation, inspection and audit of China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS), and obtained the Laboratory Accreditation Certificate (Registration No.: CNAS L20072) on Feb. 1, 2024, which indicates that the central laboratory of the company has set up a laboratory management system in line with international standards, and possesses the ability to carry out the project testing in accordance with international accreditation standards, and can issue authoritative test reports with industry credibility.

The first CNAS accreditation scope of the central laboratory covers the total migration of food metal packaging coating, formaldehyde, melamine, plasticizers, epichlorohydrin and other five professional testing, but also covers the end-customer beverages have an impact on the metal coating of the organic acids, anions and other indicators of the test for the use of our aluminum easy-open lids in the client to safeguard the quality and safety of the use of our company.

Scope of CNAS Accreditation

As the largest professional manufacturer of aluminum easy-open lids in China, Xiamen Baofeng Group Co., Ltd, based on the principle of "high starting point, high standard and high quality", spent 7 million RMB in July 2020 to set up a central laboratory covering an area of more than 400 square meters, including metal packaging laboratory, precision instrument room, physical and chemical analysis room, auxiliary laboratory, etc., to conduct in-depth research on coating, metal materials, easy-open lids, food packaging safety and so on. The center laboratory has been working on paint coating, metal materials, easy-open lids, food packaging safety and so on.

The central laboratory attaches great importance to the investment and construction of hardware and software. In terms of hardware, it is equipped with advanced instruments and equipments in the industry, including Gas Chromatography Tandem Mass Spectrometer (GC-MS), High Performance Ion Chromatograph (HPIC), High Performance Liquid Chromatograph (HPLC), Electrochemical Workstation, 3D Digital Microscope, X-ray Fluorescence Spectroscopy (XRF), Scribing Instrument, Pressure Resistant and Flying Tongue Tester and other domestic and international advanced instruments and equipments; in terms of soft strength, it attaches importance to the quality of staff and scientific research strength, and is equipped with domestic and overseas advanced instruments and equipments.
