According to the relevant provisions of "Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China", "Environmental Impact Assessment Law of the People's Republic of China", "Regulations on Environmental Impact Assessment for Planning" (Order of the State Council No. 559), "Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment" (Ministry of Ecology and Environment, Ministry Order No. 4), "Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Protection" (Order of the Ministry of Environmental Protection No. 35), Xiamen Baofeng Industry (Hubei) Co. Ltd. was commissioned to carry out the environmental impact assessment of the environmental impact report of Xiamen Baofeng (Hubei) aluminum easy-open cover production and processing project, and now the relevant contents of the environmental assessment are publicized for the second time.

(4) Total investment and production scale of the project: invest 1.2 billion yuan to build Xiamen Baofeng (Hubei) aluminum easy-open lid production and processing project in Jingu City, Hanchuan City, the project covers an area of 176,268.7m2, build lid-making workshop, roll coating color printing workshop, and supporting service rooms, the project can form an annual production capacity of 25 billion pieces of easy-open lids after completion.

The project is consistent with the "Hubei Yangtze River Economic Zone Development Negative List Implementation Rules (for trial implementation)" and other requirements, according to the "National Industrial Technology Policy" (State Economic and Trade Technology [2002] No. 444), "on the issuance of the relevant state departments to stop duplication of construction projects in the field of industrial and commercial investment, backward production capacity, processes and products and the list of industries prohibited for foreign investment" (the first, second and third batch) The project is neither a repeat construction project nor a backward production capacity, process and product to be eliminated, and there is no relevant content in the directory of prohibited and restricted investment industries.
